Magnolia Place is a 40-bed residential facility serving students attending WorkSource East.

Ticket-To-Work

The Ticket-to-Work program is designed by the Social Security Administration (SSA) to offer up employment options for people receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income, or both.  RHA Howell, Inc. is a qualified employment network (a private organization or public agency that has agreed to work with SSA to provide services under the Ticket-to-Work program. ) We help people with disabilities find and retain work, and earn enough money to live independently of SSA.

CAPabilities (CAP-MR/DD)

CAPabilities is a community-based support program designed to keep families together. We offer the supports and services needed so that participants can succeed in living the lives they choose and become contributing members of their communities.
